All orders are processed within 2 working days.
Product dispatches and shipping won't be occured during weekends or public holidays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
Delivery Time
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed below are only estimations. Moliform is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Moliform can never guarantee a delivery date.

Damages
Moliform is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
